Our payment terms depend on how far in advance you are booking your stay:
Bookings made 15 days or more before arrival: You may settle a 50% Down Payment to reserve your slot. The remaining balance will be due upon check-in.
Bookings made 15 days or less before arrival: Full Payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
Settle the Remaining Balance: If you only paid a 50% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before heading to your room. We accept Cash / Bank Transfer Present a Valid ID: We require at least one guest per room to present a government-issued ID for verification and security purposes.
Fill Out the Logbook: For safety and guest records, please sign our official guest logbook with your contact details.
Room Orientation: Our friendly staff will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your designated room. They will also show you the location of your private designated bathroom.
Direct Beach Access: We are located right on the shoreline. No need for long walks; the sand is right outside your door.
Beach Gate Security: A secured gate that provides safety at night while still allowing late-night beach walks (just coordinate with our staff!).
Grilling Area: Dedicated charcoal grills for your BBQ nights—perfect for fresh seafood bought from the local market.
Dining Area: A shaded common area where groups can eat together and enjoy the sea breeze.
Videoke Night: We offer videoke rent with minimal fee.
Private Designated Bathrooms: Each room has its own exclusive bathroom located just outside the room for privacy and hygiene.
